E. Oldham Architecture & Design is a small, client-focused architecture practice serving Northern Virginia, Washington DC, and the surrounding region. The firm focuses on residential renovations, additions, and small commercial projects, helping clients thoughtfully improve the spaces they already inhabit.

Founder Emily Oldham is a licensed architect who works directly with clients from the earliest ideas through construction. By keeping the practice small and personal, we are able to give each project careful attention and create designs that are both thoughtful and well-crafted.
